- All quotations are provided on a fixed-price basis, not an hourly rate.
- Quotations are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated.
- We do not accept bank cheques.
- Payment for residential services is due in full upon completion of the work.
- Payment for strata and commercial services is due within 30 days from the invoice date by EFT.
- A minimum call-out fee may apply for small jobs or services requiring travel and setup time.
- Consumables including fertilisers, weed control products, pesticides, soil conditioners, mulch, plants, and green waste removal are not included unless stated in the quotation.
- Additional work outside the agreed quotation requires customer approval and may incur additional charges.
- Services may be rescheduled due to wet weather, unsafe conditions, or circumstances outside our control.
- Customers must provide safe access to the property, including unlocked gates and clear work areas.
- Customers must ensure pets are secured during service visits.
- Cancellations or changes to scheduled services require reasonable notice. Short-notice cancellations may incur a cancellation fee.
- Outstanding invoices may be subject to additional fees for late payment.
- Victor's Gardening and Lawn Mowing Service reserves the right to review pricing if site conditions, access requirements, or additional work differ from the original quotation.
